PEOPLE PERSON,
PROBLEM SOLVER
ABOUT ME
Medical devices are my passion.
My background in engineering and business make me well suited to dig into the nuances of specific projects and designs while understanding how they fit within the bigger picture. Similarly, having lived in various states, Puerto Rico, and Singapore I understand that every culture is unique and believe the best designs and strategies are those that take those differences into account.

WHAT I DO
I am an independent consultant, using my experience in medical device innovation to assist a number of companies, both large and small, in the Bay Area and beyond. Key engagement areas include need-based innovation, strategic marketing, Biodesign training, and biomedical engineering.
WHAT I'VE DONE
I was a 2015/2016 Stanford Biodesign Innovation Fellow. Prior to that, I spent five years as a Senior Research & Development Engineer at CareFusion (now Becton Dickinson). My engineering responsibilities included feasibility, prototyping, testing and design. Additionally, I was a project manager responsible for leading a cross-functional team to execute within the budget, scope and timeline of each project.
IN MY SPARE TIME
I truly believe life is an adventure. Whether I'm at work or relaxing at home, I'm constantly striving to learn new things and get outside of my comfort zone. As an avid traveler, rock climber, and photographer, I love the outdoors. However, I am equally happy to lay low indoors, cooking with friends, working on an art project, or reading my favorite technology blogs.
